Christopher Webb

Chris Webb

As Servco’s licensed general contractor, Chris brings fifteen years of construction, project management, real estate, and development experience to Servco Builders. Chris began his career at Frank Webb Architects, specializing in commercial and medical office space, and realized that his passion was in building. He leveraged his knowledge of architecture and the building process while serving as a superintendent and project manager at R.M.G. Building in Los Angeles.   Before starting Servco in 2009, Chris was a real estate broker with Transwestern and leasing/sales director at Sterling Development. Under Chris’ leadership, Servco has completed thousands of construction projects and has retained repeat clients. Chris’ value of professional relationships and commitment to excellent service is reflected in the company’s continued success. He approaches every job with a cost-efficient approach, seeking value at every turn. He enjoys working closely with tenants, owners, architects, and the Servco team, to build perfect spaces that meet his client’s needs.

Russell Palmer

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Russell Palmer

Russ Palmer began his construction career in 1979 as a carpenter and quickly completed the Union Training Program. With over 33 years of construction experience, Russ specializes framing, layout, drywall, concrete and supervision. Early in his career, Russ became lead field supervisor for a large framing contractor, overseeing 200 tradespeople on multi-unit track home projects, providing him with a finely tuned skill set to manage large and small teams effectively and efficiently. Russ transitioned to commercial construction in 1995, focusing on general construction of tenant improvement projects. Since joining Servco in 2009, Russ has successfully supervised hundreds of projects. Russ leads all field supervision and provides immense value to every project.

PROJECT MANAGER

Adam Brody

Adam’s career includes a decade of commercial, residential and civil construction experience. His hands-on approach, coupled with his background in design, product procurement, fabrication, labor and installation has made Adam a strong problem solver and project manager. Adam has proven he is effective at cost estimating in a highly competitive construction market. He implements strong management practices, ensuring timely completion of projects and satisfied clients.

Katelyn Heninger

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Katelyn Heninger

Since joining Servco in 2009, Katelyn has advanced quickly, focusing on project document control and administrative functions initially, and now is focused on project coordination, management of RFIs, submittals, subcontract agreements, project execution coordination and project completion coordination. Katelyn has successfully completed OSHA construction certification and assists with project safety and OSHA regulations. As a certified public notary, Katelyn is able to notarize project documents and accounting documentation. She takes the initiative in managing clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication, organized document control and detailed accounting records. Katelyn is an essential team member at Servco Builders.

Krista Wilkie-Boswell

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Krista Wilkie-Boswell

Krista Wilkie-Boswell, joined the construction industry after college, working with a pre-cast concrete subcontractor, learning hands-on office administration, contract administration, and accounting. In 1987, Krista began working with a general contractor, operating four divisions: general building, general engineering, housing and reinforcing steel placers. As CFO, responsibilities included contract development and execution, legal and accounting. She managed operations between four divisions operating in three locations.   In 2003, Krista joined the commercial construction industry with Patterson Builders and PDPM Management Group. As a member of National Association of Women in Construction for 30 years, Krista has received certifications for Construction Bookkeeping (CBT) and Construction Industry Technician (CIT).

Erik Done

Erik received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with honors from the University of Southern California, cum laude. In addition, Erik earned a degree in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics. After graduating, Erik began working in the construction industry as a carpenter, quickly transitioning to design, estimating and contract administration. In 1988, Erik co-founded Pacific American Construction, and as a general partner, he managed both commercial and residential projects. In 2002, Erik joined PhilCo, Inc. where he launched the residential division, while managing commercial projects. And, when he became part of the Servco team in 2010, he also led the development Servco’s residential division. Erik is also part of Servco’s commercial tenant-improvement team as an estimator and field superintendent. With over 30 years of construction experience in virtually every aspect of the industry, Erik brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Servco team.

Mark Goettsch

FIELD SUPERVISOR

Mark Goettsch

Mark is a dedicated construction professional with over 30 years of experience as a commercial superintendent. He has executed hundreds of successful construction projects, ranging in scale. Mark enjoys large, complex projects, and manages tight budgets and timelines with ease. As a superintendent, Mark oversees the Servco field team, and subcontractors on a variety of projects, ensuring the delivery of optimal spaces for Servco’s clients.
