Challenge: Fiat Chrysler Automobiles set to expand and update their West Coast Corporate Headquarters.
Solution: Ware Malcolm and CBRE brought in Servco to value engineering and design-build MEP trades. Project was delivered within a tight timeframe and under budget.

Challenge: Waypoint needed to align with a contractor to update a 1970s building façade and construct a new two-story main lobby and building entry.

Challenge: Convert a mid-1990s corporate office into a creative office logistics hub.
Solution: Servco provided pre-construction budgeting, engineering, value engineering and construction services. The client was very pleased with the forward-thinking design and custom feel of the office space.

Challenge: Bentley & More, a successful law firm, leasing office space from the Irvine Company wanted to invest in real estate and own their own building. CBRE negotiated a sort-term lease extension with the Irvine Company and found a great value property to purchase near the court house in Newport Beach. H. Hendy Associates (architect) and Servco Builders were engaged to demolish interior improvements, provide a new roof, electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems as well as construct a fresh and engaging law firm office.
Solution: Servco provided design/build engineering and pre-construction services including budgeting, value engineering and planning. Client is very pleased with their “creative law firm” space and completely repurposed and re-classed their real estate investment, adding a ton of value.

Project: Starbucks Coffee Company

Architect: Architects Orange
Challenge: Starbucks pushes aggressive schedule to get new stores opened. Opening dates are critical for facilities with staff trainings, team member scheduling and corporate benchmarking. Many times when opening a store in a new retail development, the core and shell contractor can be significantly delayed pushing back construction start dates for retailers.
Solution: Servco came in with a great team of in-house tradespeople and subcontractors and built a beautiful new Starbucks store in six weeks getting the store opened as scheduled, while making up for the developer’s delay.

Challenge: Successful online and Bay Area woman’s apparel retailer opening its first store location in Orange County. Owner needed help establishing a construction budget, finalizing plans and completing MEP engineering.
Solution: Servco and subcontractors provided design/build services and helped usher this project’s plans through the City of Newport Beach and The Irvine Company approval process. Then we built the store very quickly for a successful and timely store Grand Opening. The Client and Irvine Company were very impressed with how quickly the store was built and took no exceptions with the construction crew’s performance or quality of work
Project: Golden Spoon
Client: Golden Spoon Franchising

The Challenge: Golden Spoon, a regional yogurt chain, needed to rebrand itself with a fresh California-beach theme across their existing, dated stores. Each retail location could only be inoperable for one week in order to complete the renovation and reopen with a completely new, re-imagined space.
Our Solution: Servco developed a thoughtful and condensed construction process that included planning store remodels, budgeting, procurement, and flawless construction execution with in-house tradespeople. This approach was so successful that Golden Spoon asked Servco to continue rolling out their rebranding across multiple stores.

Project: Intertek Labs

The Challenge: As one of the world’s largest testing companies, Intertek was in need of immediate expansion into its new 50,000-square-foot facility. After interviewing many firms, Intertek engaged Servco Builders to deliver a fully functional testing laboratory and office space, from initial concept drawings through completion, within a five-month period.
Our Solution: By entrusting Servco and its team of designers, engineers and tradespeople with complete control over the project, Servco was able to deliver the new, complex facility in what most firms would consider an impossible timeframe. Servco directed every step of the project from concept design, pricing, design development and engineering through construction execution and project completion.
