Frank R. Webb
Director
Frank R. Webb, AIA is an innovative architect who enjoys working with people. He has managed a number of award-winning projects during the course of his thirty+ year career, but more importantly has created spaces that work for his clients. He has demonstrated an ability to work closely with designers, consultants, and clients to build consensus and to accomplish project goals within budget and schedule parameters.
As a former principal of Dworsky Associates and managing principal of his own firm, Mr. Webb has developed a diverse portfolio incorporating new construction, significant remodel and tenant improvement. Projects have ranged from extensive healthcare work for Kaiser Permanente, various healthcare and university work for USC, City of Hope National Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, multiple healthcare projects for UCLA and multiple projects for the City and County of Los Angeles, as well as the State of California.
On the corporate side, projects have included retail space for Nike, Inc., a screening room for HBO, a major office complex for Kilroy Industries, an industrial building for McMaster-Carr and multiple projects for Epson America, Northrop Grumman and most recently Mattel. His management and design efforts have been recognized by both clients and peers, including a 160,000 s.f. administrative building recognized as an adaptive reuse extreme makeover in Architectural Record, January issue 2006.
Current and/or recently completed work includes several pool renovations for the City and County of Los Angeles; a 44,000 s.f., 4-story USC Credit Union; several ground-up MOB’s for Kaiser Permanente including a 120,000 s.f., 3-story MOB in Redlands, a 48,000 s.f. MOB in Palmdale and a 50,000 s.f. MOB in Rancho Cucamonga. Mr. Webb has also participated in Master Planning of corporate and medical campuses throughout Southern California. This experience has enabled his clients to evaluate opportunities for the present and allow their projects to withstand the test of time.
Christopher R. Webb
President
As a licensed general contractor Chris brings 8 years of construction, project management, real estate transaction and development experience to Servco. Over his career Chris has had experience on all fronts of the construction process having been contractor, architect, owner’s representative, broker and tenant at various points in his career. He is extremely cost conscious in his approach to design and building seeking value and cost efficiencies at every turn. Chris began his career working under his father Frank Webb Architects specializing in commercial and medical office space. Early on in his carrier Chris discovered a passion for building. He leveraged his knowledge of architecture and the building process into construction while serving as a superintendent and project manager for R.M.G. Building in Los Angeles, CA. Thereafter Chris served in various roles through-out Los Angeles and Orange County including commercial real estate broker for Transwestern, leasing manager for Crown Realty and Development and Director for Sterling Enterprises. At Servco Chris’s day-to-day responsibilities include operation of the business, project management and client interface. Chris works closely with clients and Servco architects and superintendents to ensure quality construction and client satisfaction. Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance with honors from the University of Montana, cum laud. Chris holds a general contractor’s license and real estate license in the State of California.
