Servco Builders is proud to announce the successful completion of the new Callahan & Blaine corporate office renovation, encompassing approximately 44,789 square feet across the 12th and 14th floors at 19900 MacArthur Boulevard in Irvine. This transformative workplace project was designed to foster collaboration, create an exceptional client experience, and provide a refreshed, employee-focused environment that supports the continued growth of one of California’s premier law firms.

Servco was able to successfully navigate an aggressive project schedule while maintaining alignment with the client’s budget objectives. Through early planning, proactive communication, and strong teamwork, we delivered a high-quality project that met critical occupancy milestones without compromising craftsmanship or attention to detail.

The completed space features private offices, collaborative meeting areas, hospitality and break spaces, golf simulators, executive suites, and open gathering areas. Key highlights include glazed office fronts, custom millwork, upgraded reception spaces, modern finishes, and infrastructure improvements throughout both floors.
