What’s your name and role at Colliers?
Hi, my name is Amanda Spangler, and I’m the Senior Managing Director at Colliers, overseeing the Inland Empire and Orange County regions. I lead a team of about 70 sales professionals, focusing on expanding our markets through strategic recruitment and organic growth.

What was it like working with Servco on this project?
No project ever goes perfectly—permits get delayed, materials get backordered—but Servco’s communication and responsiveness really stood out. They kept us informed every step of the way, handled challenges quickly, and always came prepared with solutions. It made the process smooth and collaborative.

What made this project unique or exciting?
We’d been in our old space for over 10 years, and it definitely showed its age. Moving into a modern, open, and collaborative environment was incredibly energizing for the team. It’s amazing how much the new space has improved connection and creativity.

What’s a career moment you’re really proud of?
One highlight was when a colleague and I became the first two women to oversee operations for a global commercial real estate firm in the Greater Los Angeles region. It was a huge milestone, both personally and for representation in our industry.
