We’re excited to share the successful completion of a transformative project for Institutes of Health at the iconic Stadium Gateway Class-A office building in Orange, CA, owned and operated by Lincoln Properties.

This project represents a transformative build, where our team took a traditional office space and reimagined it into a state-of-the-art specialty health clinic that balances luxury finishes with advanced medical functionality. From concept to completion, Servco Builders managed every detail—delivering a space that reflects innovation, care, and functionality for Institutes of Health and their trusted patients.

Project Highlights

Thoughtful Patient Experience: The reception and waiting areas were designed to feel more like a hospitality environment than a clinic, with warm lighting, contemporary finishes, and carefully selected color palettes that reduce stress and promote comfort.
Efficient Clinical Layout: Private exam and treatment rooms, provider offices, and collaborative staff areas were carefully planned for operational efficiency, confidentiality, and seamless patient flow.
Intricate Build Challenges: From structural slab trenching for new plumbing lines to sound attenuation in exam rooms and advanced electrical/low-voltage routing, every trade required precision execution.
High-End Finishes: Custom millwork, full-height glass office fronts, stone counters, and premium flooring selections create a polished, professional environment for both patients and staff.
