Servco Builders is proud to announce the successful completion of Tiny’s Burger, Chef Sang Yoon’s newest restaurant concept, located at the iconic South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. The project transformed a 3,585-square-foot space into a vibrant, high-end dining destination that combines exceptional design with a welcoming guest experience.
Working in one of Southern California’s most prestigious retail environments, our team coordinated extensive tenant improvement and landlord scope work, including complex demolition, structural modifications, custom millwork, specialty metal features, storefront systems, folding glass walls, commercial kitchen infrastructure, HVAC upgrades, plumbing systems, electrical installations, and high-end interior finishes. The project also featured custom seating, decorative wall treatments, corrugated metal accents, premium tile finishes, and intricate front-of-house and back-of-house improvements.
Restaurant construction requires more than quality craftsmanship. It demands precise coordination, schedule management, health department compliance, specialty kitchen systems expertise, and the ability to build within active retail environments. From planning through completion, Servco worked closely with ownership, design partners, South Coast Plaza, and our trade partners to successfully deliver a space worthy of one of Southern California’s premier shopping destinations.
Whether it’s a flagship retail store, luxury restaurant, office headquarters, or hospitality space, our team brings the experience, responsiveness, and attention to detail needed to deliver successful projects with confidence.
