We at Servco Builders are proud to announce a recent commercial office TI project for Phoenix Energy in Irvine, California. This project involved a comprehensive tenant improvement spanning over 10,000 square feet, transforming the space into a highly functional and visually distinctive environment.

The buildout was designed to create a sophisticated, welcoming environment with lighting playing a key role in defining the overall look and feel of the space. A state-of-the-art lighting system with modern controls was paired with carefully selected decorative chandeliers and fixtures, bringing warmth, visual interest, and an elevated sense of character throughout. Turf ceiling installations further enhance the design while providing acoustic benefits and adding an unexpected architectural element overhead.

The project also incorporated a flexible folding wall system, an expanded kitchen, and the thoughtful reuse and customization of existing storefront systems. A custom multi-level reception desk featuring stone and fine millwork complements the surrounding finishes, adding another layer of craftsmanship without competing with the larger design experience.
