Servco Builders is excited to share one of our latest commercial TI office projects, Keystone in Irvine, California. Our client moved into a Class A creative office and made many upgrades to their new office. These included a reconfiguration of approximately 14,000 Sq Ft adding (2) New Meeting Rooms, (1) New Office, Large Print Room, Guest Coffee and Mothers Room. We also added new millwork and lower for large format printing, and UPS system. We want to thank Keystone, Irvine Company, and CDL for their Partnership and Team work to ensure we had a successful build!
