Building upon our esteemed partnership with The Irvine Company at Fashion Island, we are thrilled to unveil our latest endeavor for VINCE Clothing. Spanning 2,300 square feet, the project entailed a complete demolition and rebuild, featuring a sleek new storefront system and classic stucco surround. The interior, now boasting custom millwork and stylish concrete floors, reflects the brand’s chic aesthetic. The space has been fully renovated, including structural enhancements and HVAC improvements, to create an inviting and stylish shopping experience.

VINCE is a contemporary fashion label established in 2002, renowned for its luxurious knitwear and casual yet refined aesthetic. The brand, which began with women’s clothing and introduced menswear in 2007, emphasizes quality materials and clean design. With its roots in California’s laid-back culture, VINCE offers a full range of apparel and accessories through its numerous stores worldwide, embodying an effortless sense of style.
